REQUEST FOR BIDS/RFP

Sealed proposal(s) will be received by the Avoyelles Parish School Board until Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the School Board Office for the official journal  of the Board for the period beginning July 1,2026 through June 30, 2027.

 

All proposal(s) for the official journal must be 6 point type, bold print. Bid proposal, must be hand-carried to the School Board Office at the about date and time.

 

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.

The Avoyelles Parish School Board (APSB) is accepting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of technology equipment, peripherals, networking equipment, and related services for the 2026–2027 school year. Vendors must provide pricing through an active Louisiana State Contract or approved cooperative purchasing agreement.

APSB is seeking quotes for a variety of technology products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Cabling and CAT-6 infrastructure
  • Charging carts
  • Chromebooks and Chromeboxes
  • Desktop computers and laptops
  • Interactive flat panels
  • Printers, scanners, and projectors
  • Headphones, webcams, microphones, keyboards, and accessories
  • Network equipment including Aruba access points and switches

All equipment must be new, current-generation products and include applicable warranties, licensing, accessories, and installation where specified.

Proposal Information

  • Proposal Due Date: July 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CST
  • Anticipated Board Approval: July 28, 2026
  • Contract Period Begins: August 1, 2026
